Ways of Payment
There are three alternative methods of payment for purchasing products from our online store:

The Viva system first decrypts the information obtained using the same key (assigned as soon as the connection is initiated with the service) and processes it. Viva Payment Services is a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. The same basic principles that apply to traditional banking also apply to Viva. All information supplied by the card holder to Viva is confidential.

FOR GREECEYou can return any product for FREE and we will refund you within 10 days, if the return is due to our company’s mistake (τhe return can be done by issuing a credit note or refund).
If you want to return the product for personal reasons, without any company’ error, then the shipping costs must be covered by you. You have the right to make only one return for each product.
IMPORTANT: If you want to return your order, you should know the order number you wish to return or exchange (color or size). We cannot do it without these details, so please make sure that the form has been completed and is included in the package. Also if you need an exchange, make sure you include the size or color you want on the form.
- The customer may rescind the sale within 14 days of product shipment and bear the cost of returning it to the company.

- The products are your responsibility until they reach our company, you must then make sure they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and not be damaged on the way!
- In the event that an item returned to us is in an inappropriate situation, we will have to send it back to you.
- The company bears no responsibility for any personal items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We recommend that you retain your proof of post/courier until the return process is completed and you receive our email stating that we have received your return.
- We can exchange the item for a different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERSMost of the conditions mentioned above apply also to international customers. The differences are:
- If you want to replace the product with a different size or color, you must return the product and place a new order.
- Make sure you use a postal service that secures the value of the returned products and always receive proof of shipment.
- The international shipping rates are fixed regardless of the weight of your order.
Carriers deliver parcels during normal business hours and may require a signature for receipt, so we recommend that your order must be delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
- Every duty is charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Because customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges may affect the delivery time of your package.
- Please be advised that in case of national celebration/holiday in your country, deliveries may not be made. In this case, please wait for your order to arrive the next working day.
